Our digital products are instantly downloadable from your account and sent to you via email as soon as your order is complete. Due to the nature of digital products, PDF designs and sewing patterns are non-refundable.

You can use the product for as long as you like after downloading it. Before making a purchase, please review your order history to ensure you are not buying the same item twice. To help prevent this, we provide a note reminding you of this policy before you complete your transaction.
